คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร (Candidate Qualification)

Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role
3. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems, SAP HR, Expat Management, Payroll operations
Skills:
1. High proficiency in English (TOEIC score: over 650)
2. Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation.
3. Experience in payroll management, taxation, social security, benefits, and labor law.
4. Highly detail-oriented and able to multi-task, able to meet deadlines, possess a high level of accuracy
5. Ability to prioritize and efficiently execute a high volume and broad scope of tasks within tight deadlines, competing demands, and changes in the work environment.
6. SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

รายละเอียดงาน (Job Description)

Payroll Management:
-Update employee records with new hires/leavers information and/or changes in employment status
-Responsible for all day-to-day payroll operations, Oversee monthly payroll processes, including updates to cost centers, salaries, allowances, reporting, and other legislative and statutory obligations through processing and preparation of returns, related reports, forms, and other documentation as requested (e.g., PND 1, PND 1 Gor, 50 Tawi, PND 91, workers compensation, social security contribution, etc.)
-Process payroll deductions, benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations for all benefit plans, benefit billings, and invoices
-Handle payroll queries from employees, ensuring timely resolution.
-Responding to employees’ queries about compensation, taxes, benefits, deductions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Expat Management.
-Prepare all necessary documents to apply for work permit and Visa, manage schedules and processes of Visa, work permit application, and 90 days notification
Data Management and Reporting
-Generate regular payroll reports for internal audits, tax submissions, and management analysis.
-Data accuracy and maintaining employee data in HRIS systems and related company software.
-Provide insights and analysis on payroll trends and costs to support budgeting and decision-making.
