Work closely with CEO and manage CEO Office team to provide necessary information or perform key
analysis for decision making in corporate level -Initiate and coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance to ensure successful outcomes.
-Act as Project Manager for High-Level, Cross- Functional Projects, providing direction, support,
and guidance.
-Act as internal consultant to conduct primary/secondary research according to assignment from
CEO.
-Prepare an impactful presentation deck with analysis and recommendations for the CEO.
-Conduct and participate in regular meetings with the Executive Management Team to discuss
business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions.
-Identify M&A or partnership opportunities for strategic growth and perform deal execution and
ensure successful post-merger integration.
-Support other tasks as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with the
Executive Team.
