Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 1+ years of experience as a System Analyst or a related IT role. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to create and interpret context diagrams, use case diagrams, business process diagrams (BPDs), and flow chart diagrams (FDs). Experience with Figma and FigJam is a plus. Developer's experience is a plus. A strong portfolio of system analysis documents is a plus
