1. Compliance Function • Collecting information relating to Tire standards & regulations movement in Asia countries through various networks and identify the impact of the regulaiton. • Be the center of technical regulation information in ASEAN region by establishing a network to collect & exchange regulation information within group companies. • Analyze regulation information and report to Global management level for strategic decision making to ensure the products will compliance with the regulation. • Review the regulations and establish the directions for Bridgestone Asia Pacific group companies. • Regulation advice to Bridgestone Asia pacific group companies. • Coordinate with Regional Head Quarter on legal matters and related initiatives. 2. Public Affair Function • Coordinating strategies and lobbying activities with relevant stakeholders ,government sector and tire association (oversea association). • Travel around Asia pacific countries to set up standards & regulation strategy and maintain the connection with Asian region goverment. 3. Project Management Officer (PMO) • Collaborating with other team leaders to define, planning, prioritize, and develop projects for deliverables. • Ensure every project will running smoothly and solve any obstacles to make the projects done. 4. Training function • To set up regulation training programs for Bridgestone groups companies members. •work 5 days a week. Hybrid WFH 8 days a month

- Qualifications : -Preferably academic/basic knowledge related to Regulation and/or Standards. -Preferably Knowledge of the major standard (industry standard, national standard, ISO) and regulations for industrial products (UN ECE Regulation, familiar with regulation in Asia Pacific countries) -High proficiency in English (TOEIC score: over 800) Competencies : -Ability to work as a team player. -Higher motivation, ownership and responsibility to find solution (problem solving) and proceed the project. -Logical thinking skill and to be able to find the points and judge priority for actions. -Flexible way of thinking. Positive to new environment, situation and willing to learn new knowledge. -Good interpersonal communication skills both written and spoken and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. -Good analysis and presentation skills.
