คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร (Candidate Qualification)

  • Degree in business, engineering or its equivalent professional qualification.

  •  At least 5 years of current/ previous experience in product management, product development, marketing, field engineering will be preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and project management skills.

  • Demonstrates strong analytical & critical thinking.

  • English skill is mandatory.

รายละเอียดงาน (Job Description)

Job Purpose

This role is to contribute the product management team in the implementation of Market understanding, Product strategy, Mid term product plan, New product plan, and SKU management. This role also supports testing of Bridgestone performance tires and analyzes market/competitor trends.

Key responsibilities include:

 

Market understanding
 

  • Have a clear understanding of Market segmentation, market size, own business status, customer requirement, current product competitiveness/ pain point, and industry & competitor movement for assigned segment.

  • Collect and visualize market trend in joint effort with Group companies, Technical center, Market research & intelligence team.

  • Identify focus segment to contribute business growth (increment in Net Sales and Operating Profit), worth to spend valuable resource.

Lead to establish New Product Sales Promotion Program in CAP(China-Asia Pacific) region

  • Create Sales program  CAP regions.

  • Sales Supporting Tools at Family channel, and key partners

  • New product visuals (Movie, Poster, etc..) 

  • Customer Experience Tools

  • Sales Talk Program

  • Tire labeling design

  • Lead Studio session for Co-Value creation with partners (Equity stores, FMC etc.) 

  • Plan Product Launch Event Contents Preparation collaborate with stakeholder.

  • Communication with Japan market PIC for east integration activities

Start Category Brand Management in CAP Region

  • Newly establish Process of category brand management

  • Product performance x Price position management with regional responsibility.

  • Lead proper price follow up to realize position up vs competitors

 

Support Price Governance Management enhancement collaborating with Group Company  

  • Create regional standard process of price management with group companies

      through best practice sharing and leaning from Japan market

  • Periodical Visualization of unprofitable SKUs by country

  • Support PDCA execution for Group companies to reduce unprofitable SKUs 

  • Lead Authority Schedule revision to improve price governance

  • Lead Data driven price management program with group companies
