-Act as a point of contact and build engagement throughout the team -Monitor and track resources in each project in terms of capacity, timeline, and well-being -Initiate and improve the overall HR processes especially in HRBP parts -Monitor evaluation process and employee performance as an HRBP along with Talent Analyst to develop employee’s room of improvement -Coordinate with internal teams and external institutes to complete tasks -Handle and solve other HR-related issues

• -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Able to interact proactively with management and employees at all levels within the organization in the resolution of HR perspective -Able to deal with various types of person using appropriate conversation and methods -Welcome and adapt to change with a positive attitude -Understand and buy into company culture & core values -Have basic knowledge in IT and consultancy business, IT and consultancy positions, including Agile and Scrum. -Good command in English
